What We Collect
When you open this website, technical access data is generated (IP address, browser type, timestamp) and processed by the hosting provider Cloudflare. The reach of the website is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and in aggregated form. See the "Hosting & Analytics (Cloudflare)" section below for details.
Hosting & Analytics (Cloudflare)
This website is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data, including your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and browser and operating system details. This processing is needed to deliver the website, keep it stable and secure, and defend against attacks (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
For reach measurement we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service works without cookies and without storing information on your device, and does not build profiles of individual visitors. Visits are evaluated in aggregate only, such as page views, country of origin, browser, device type and load times. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a statistical analysis of usage (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare under Art. 28 GDPR (Data Processing Addendum).
Cloudflare is based in the USA, so data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). Further information can be found in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Cookies & Local Storage
This website does not set any cookies itself and does not use tracking or advertising technologies. That is why we do not use a cookie banner. Technically necessary cookies that Cloudflare may set to deliver the website securely (for example to protect against automated access) are not affected. On the contact page, the embedded Google Calendar booking may set cookies, but only after you have loaded it with a click (see the "Appointment Booking (Google Calendar)" section).
When you change the language with the language switch, your choice is stored locally in your browser (local storage, entry "kd-lang") so it is kept for later visits. This storage is technically necessary to provide the language you chose (Sec. 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). It only happens after your click, the data does not leave your browser, and you can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
Appointment Booking (Google Calendar)
The contact page embeds a Google Calendar appointment booking page that lets you book an intro call. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The calendar is not loaded automatically (two-click solution). Only when you click "Load calendar" is a connection to Google's servers established; in the process Google receives in particular your IP address and information about your browser and device, and Google may use cookies or similar technologies. The legal basis is the consent you give with that click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page without activating the calendar again and deleting Google cookies in your browser settings.
When you book an appointment, the details you provide (in particular your name, email address, the chosen time and any further voluntary information) are transmitted to Google and stored in Kidashi Design's calendar. You receive the booking confirmation and, where applicable, a Google Meet link by email. The data is used solely to organise and hold the appointment and to prepare a possible collaboration (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
A transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). Further information can be found in Google's Privacy Policy.
Contact via Email or Telegram
If you contact us by email or via Telegram, your details (such as your name, email address or Telegram username and the content of your message) are used solely to respond to your enquiry (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted once no longer needed. The Telegram link on the contact page is a plain link; no data is transferred until you click it. Telegram's own privacy policy (Telegram Messenger Inc.) applies to your use of Telegram.
Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port any personal data held about you. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact: nicole@kidashidesign.com
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
